Crack-free high-chromium wear plate
Manufactured using an integrated fusion welding process,the plate features a smooth and uniform surface with no weld beads,no weld tracks,and no surface cracks. Eliminates the common issues associated with conventional cracked wear plates,including material build-up,blockage,delamination,and premature wear.

Metallurgically bonded to the base plate.
Wear layers up to 15 mm thick in a single manufacturing process.
Longer life
HRC ≥ 58.Typically delivers 2–3 times the service life of conventional overlay plates
and 8–10 times that of low-alloy wear steel.
Lower stress
Controlled slow cooling reduces residual stress, improving impact resistance and minimizing distortion.
Stable material flow
Low friction supports smoother material movement and fewer shutdowns for cleaning
